The Princeton University has become the top college in New Jersey, according to a new ranking released by the College Consensus, a new college ranking website.
The university has been given the top spot with an aggregate rating of 83.6 in college consensus, 85.6 in publisher consensus and 81.6 in student consensus.
The ranking, released on Tuesday, takes into account the most recent results from different college ranking systems with the real student review scores from the internet and rates the colleges accordingly.
“Princeton University and Rutgers University, both founded before the American Revolution and counted among the most prestigious Ivy League and public research universities nationally,” Managing Editor Carrie Sealey-Morris said.
“Both build on centuries of expertise in crafting students into leaders – from Founding Fathers to modern tech entrepreneurs.”
Other colleges that made it in the College Consensus top ten list include, in order of rank, the College of New Jersey, Monmouth University, Rutgers University- Camden, Stevens Institute of Technology, Ramapo College of New Jersey, Drew University, Rutgers University-New Brunswick, Stockton University and Rutgers University-Newark.
