Princeton University ranks first when it comes to choosing a college campus that has the most supportive alumni network, according to the College Consensus, a college ranking website.

The university has an alumni network of 93,000 graduates living within 155 countries around the world. Nearly 26,000 alumni attend yearly reunions and networking events organized by 160 regional alumni communities.

The ranking, released on Monday, drew its list from the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) Circle of Excellence Awards, which recognizes staff members at colleges and universities who don’t generally receive lots of attention.

Stanford University’s alumni network, which has more than 95,000 members, ranked second. The university’s alumni association has a career services division that opens employment doors from alumnus to alumnus. The association also publishes the award-winning Stanford Magazine, which facilitates connection between the school and all of Stanford’s alumni.

Following Stanford, Harvard University’s Alumni Association, which offers its members events around the world, reunions, club activities, and continuing education, ranked third. It also distributes the Harvard Medal, which recognizes exceptional service to the school, and the Harvard Alumni Association Award, given to an association member who has shown true dedication and commitment to the HAA.

Other colleges that ranked in the top ten spots on the list include, in order of rank, Amherst College, Brown University, Dartmouth College, Rice University, Duke University, Smith College and Columbia University in the City of New York.
