Ashford University Launches Two New Online Degree Programs

Ashford University’s Forbes School of Business & Technology is starting two new online bachelor’s degree programs aimed at preparing students for technology careers.

The university announced the launch of Bachelor of Science in Cyber & Data Security Technology and Bachelor of Science in Web & Mobile App Technology programs on Wednesday.

The Cyber & Data Security Technology program will train students on protecting and securing digital assets from security threats while the Web & Mobile App Technology program will focus on developing software solutions and creative websites for mobile devices.

“The Bachelor of Science in Cyber & Data Security Technology and Bachelor of Science in Web & Mobile App Technology degrees prepare students for careers in high-demand fields,” Dr. Ken Edick, associate dean of the Forbes School of Business & Technology said.

“These programs will equip students with fundamental knowledge of the technology and relevant business topics organizations need today.”

The university is currently accepting applications for both programs.
