Local authorities in Tuscaloosa, AL, have issued an arrest warrant for a man accused of rape of a 22-year-old University of Alabama student with other two men.

Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit Capt. Kip Hart said the student reached out to the authorities on March 29 and told investigators that she left the High Tide Bar with the suspects who promised to take her home, according to news portal AL.com.

According to court documents, the University of Alabama student was walking on Red Drew Avenue on the night of March 28 when the men offered to drive her home. When they arrived near the home of the woman, they drove past it and said they are going to continue partying somewhere else. She said they took her to a home on 18th Avenue East and raped her.

The authorities charged Terry Murphy Jr., (21), Adarious Smith (21), and Deonte Steven Hill, (24) with first-degree rape. Murphy and Smith were arrested on April 5 and released on $30,000 bond. The investigators issued an arrest warrant for Hill.
